The CTO Senior Manager (Vendor Management and Compliance) oversees and leads a cross-functional team of 5th District and 12th District employees for the System’s Cash Product Office (CPO) based within the 12th District as well as the CPO’s Currency Technology Office (CTO) based in the 5th District for:
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management and program support activities for strategic vendors supporting the technical and operational needs of the Cash Business line, to include both domestic and international vendors. Oversees the planning and administration of capital acquisition and integration of the CPO’s Currency Technology Office’s (CTO) high-speed currency processing machines, software, and peripheral devices.
Strategic Planning: Develop the CTO strategic and 3-year operating plans, aligned to the CPO..
Budget and Finance: Oversee CPO financial activities, to include strategic initiatives supporting the development, upgrade, and maintenance of high speed currency processing equipment, sensors and maintenance services and other strategic services (vault management, etc.). Fosters innovation in the way of new accounting methods, forecasting and budgeting techniques.
System Project Leadership: Lead Officer-level workgroups to develop business strategies and practices for the 27 Cash Offices.
Compliance and Project Management: Influence and provide oversight to CPO and CTO management on establishing and delivering effective tools for administering project activities, risks, and documentation. Oversees CPO quality assurance program to ensure alignment with Federal Reserve Technology Standards and customer expectations.
Talent Development: Responsible for talent management of the staff through actively engaging staff in career development opportunities to enhance department competencies, leadership competencies, and strategic thinking skills.

This position requires a Secret Security clearance or higher
